Submitting your full paper

• Please upload your full paper to EasyChair under ‘full paper upload’ by Monday, August 14th if you have not already done so.
• Please note, uploading a full paper is required for full paper sessions and special sessions.
• If you do not upload your full paper, we reserve the right to convert the presentation to a speed talk.

Submitting your poster

• Please upload your poster as a PDF to EasyChair under ‘full paper upload’ by Monday, August 21^st
• The poster should be in A0 format
• You are responsible for printing and bringing your poster. We will not print the posters for you.
• The posters will be visible at the conference venue in the main gathering area all day on Thursday, August 31^st
• The poster presentation session will be from 14:45 – 15:15 on Thursday (during the afternoon coffee break). Please make sure to be by your poster at this time to discuss your poster and answer any questions
• We will arrange to have the poster stands ready on Thursday morning
• However, please arrive by 8:30 AM on Thursday to hang up your poster
• Please make sure to take down your poster at the end of the conference day on Thursday
• There is a best poster award, voted upon by the community. We will announce the winner during the conference closing.
